I am GRRRRREAT, working hard in my store, bought a horse named STORMY a 1/2 quarter half arabian, 9 yr old gelding, I ride alot in the mtns, and am enjoying life. We now eat what we raise which is about 95%, other than that I buy only organic milk, just butchered our pig and got 481 lbs of clean safe meat, got done canning my garden, have my own veggies and juice all winter, freeze my beets and carrots and apples after I juice them together and thaw when I need fresh juice.Live feels good, only get a twinge once in a blue moon if I get nawty and eat to much at night late and force the poor thing to digest while I sleep, had another blood work done, still none detectable so I am holding strong, taking roughly 26 herbs daily, and have learned to listen to my body and every now and then I switch around the herb regime, uping some and lowering others just to bolster the impact a bit.
