This is from a client who recently received a liver transplant.

Notice item number 4, Omeprazole. This is the same as Nexium and Prilosec, drugs that I clearly identified to raise viral load Dramatically in HCV all the way back in  2002. Hello Lloyd, I just want you to take a look at my medications I am taking from my doctor and to let me know if anything I am currently taken from you and have ordered from you would have any reaction, or danger of rejection. I just want to be safe and don’t want to mix anything that will make me sick or put my health in danger. Sorry I didn’t send you a list of my meds sooner.

Doctor prescribed

1. Myfortic  360 mg 2 x’ms a day and Cyclosporine 75 mg morning 100 mg at night both every 12 hrs. for anti rejection.
2. Magnesium 800 mg 3 x’s a day.
3. Valcyte 450 mg 1x a day to keep the cmv virus away.
4. Omeprazole  40 mg 1 x a day For my stomach acid.
5.Metoclopramide 5 mg 3 x’s a day. short name Reglan.
6. Amlodipine 10 mg 1 x a day for Blood Pressure.
7. Vitamin D 50,000 IU D2 only 1 x a week on Mondays.
8. regular muti vitamin.
