Subject: Test results and question about fish + coconut oil

Greetings Lloyd, hope everything is well.

I previous emailed you about a spike in my viral load, with your input, seems taking Resversatol and Whey Protein was at the root cause, In summary, after my quantitative count be pretty steady for years, varying between 250,000 and 6 million jumped to 14 million.

I stopped taking the Resversatol and Whey, and switched to vegtable protein. Also stopped taking 400mg of vitamin E.

Q- Is fish oil also on the not recomended list? How about vegtable protein powder?

Krill oil is fine, The smaller the fish the less mercury. Krill is the smallest source of the omegas.

I have not had a lot of experience with vegetable protein, as long as it does not have vitamin E in it give it a try

Q- Any new feedback from people taking Coconut oil? The claims are it's good for fat encased viruses like HCV.

I hear that people are going to try it as it is going to work but it never does anything for hep c. Been thru this thousands of times. If it did anything positive for anyone I would sell it.

I've stopped the vegtable protein since my latest count still has the load in the 16mil range. Just a quick graph of the load jump:

01/01/2010- 250,000

7/1/2011- 800,000

1/1/2011- 14 million

7/1/2011- 15 million

1/1/2012- 15 million

7/1/2012 16 million

This takes time to come down. Can take a year to start to come down, hopefully faster.

Thanks much

Bob.

In health,

Lloyd
