I need some advice on where to get help. It all began as a bad gallbladder and went from there.

In September 2008 I started Peg Interferon. I stopped after 6 months. Here is my story:

It is virtually impossible to put an accurate and true dollar value on a loved one lost.

But when a mechanism is set up to try to do that, when responsibility is accepted by government, it is unacceptable for families to lose yet again by failing to receive the full compensation they deserve.

People with hepatitis C have formed a group to sue the government and drugmakers for damages over their infection during mass vaccinations even though they have no clear evidence, such as medical charts.

Federal judge Robert Blackburn has sentenced Kristen Parker, a scrub tech who was accused of infecting several people with hepatitis C, to 30 years imprisonment. Parker will also have to pay restitution to the medical facilities for which she worked. Earlier this year, Judge Blackburn had rejected a plea agreement between the United States and Parker for a lesser sentence of 20 years.

A jury found two companies that made and distributed the anesthetic
propofol used at Desert Shadow Endoscopy Center liable on multiple
counts Wednesday, awarding a Las Vegas couple more than $5 million in
compensatory damages.

Jurors also determined that punitive damages were warranted against
the drug companies, the amount of which will be determined in a second
round of deliberations.
